Everything you need to know about working with ZoSwitch — from how we start to what happens after launch.
Who we are, what we do and who we work with.
We help businesses plan, build and run the technology they grow on. Plan: honest advice on what to change and what it will cost. Build: brands, websites, software and apps. Run: connected business systems, automation and AI — plus training and ongoing support.
Start-ups and founders, growing businesses, and established businesses — including those replacing old systems. Our clients range from new ventures building their first brand and systems to established companies modernising how they operate.
ZoSwitch is UK-based and works with businesses in the UK and internationally. Most of our work is delivered remotely, so location is rarely a barrier.
You get one accountable partner instead of juggling a consultant, a design agency, a developer and an IT supplier. We understand your whole business, so strategy, brand, software and systems all fit together.
No. We are an official Zoho Authorised Partner, but we are technology-agnostic. We also build custom software, design brands and websites, and work with many other platforms. We only recommend Zoho when it genuinely fits.
How a project begins and what to expect.
Book a free discovery consultation. We will learn about your business, goals and challenges, then recommend the right next step — whether that is a review, a proposal or simply honest advice.
Yes. The discovery consultation is free and there is no obligation to go any further.
Mainly your time and openness. We will ask how your business runs today, what is not working and where you want to be. Any existing documents, systems access or examples help, but are not required to start.
Yes. If you would like to share sensitive information, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
No. Some clients start with a single website, app or review; others engage us for a full transformation. We will recommend the size of engagement that makes sense for you.
How we review your business and plan what to change.
In practice, it means using the right technology to make your business work better — replacing manual processes, connecting disconnected tools, improving how customers experience you and giving leaders clear information to make decisions.
We look at how work really flows across your teams, the tools you use, where time and money are being lost, and what your goals are. You receive clear findings and a practical, prioritised roadmap.
Yes. Sometimes the best answer is improving how you use what you already have. Our advice is independent and based on what is right for your business.
Yes — practically. We identify where AI can genuinely save time or improve service, such as handling enquiries, processing documents or automating routine tasks, and build it safely into your systems.
Custom software, portals and replacing legacy systems.
Web applications, client and staff portals, booking and management systems, internal tools, dashboards, MVPs for new products, and AI-powered features — designed around how your business works.
Yes. We plan the transition carefully, rebuild or replace what is needed, migrate your data safely and keep disruption to a minimum.
Yes. We help founders turn an idea into a working first version, focusing on the features that matter most so you can launch, learn and grow.
Yes. Everything we build is designed to work well on phones, tablets and desktops.
Ownership, licensing and hosting are agreed clearly in your proposal before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Rebrands, new identities and websites.
Yes. We can handle brand strategy, positioning, messaging, logo and visual identity, and roll it out across your website and materials.
Yes. We design and build premium, fast, mobile-friendly websites that reflect your brand and turn visitors into enquiries.
Yes. Enquiry forms, bookings and chat can feed directly into your CRM and marketing tools, so no lead gets lost.
Absolutely. If a full rebuild is not needed, we can refresh the design, messaging and performance of your current site.
Connecting your tools and automating the busy work.
We work with a wide range of business platforms — CRM, finance, service desk, marketing and e-commerce tools — and we are an official Zoho Authorised Partner. If you use something specific, just ask.
Usually, yes. We connect systems through integrations and APIs so data flows automatically between them, removing manual re-keying.
We follow good data-protection practice, only access what we need, use secure and reputable platforms, and handle personal data in line with GDPR.
Data migration is planned and tested carefully. We map, clean and check your data before and after moving it, so nothing important is lost.
Costs, quotes and how long things take.
Every business is different, so we do not use one-size-fits-all pricing. After the discovery consultation, you receive a clear, costed proposal before any work begins.
It depends on scope. A website or single system can often be delivered in weeks; larger transformations are usually phased so you see value early.
Yes. Many clients start with one priority — a website, an app or a system — and expand as they see results.
Training, support and continuous improvement.
We stay with you. We provide training, monitor how things are going and continue to improve your systems as your business grows.
Existing clients can log technical issues, change requests and feature ideas through our dedicated support portal.
Yes. We provide practical, role-based training so everyone can use new systems confidently from day one.
Often, yes. We can review existing systems, fix issues and take over ongoing support where it makes sense.
Ask us directly — the first session is always free and there is no obligation.
